Sarah uses a combination of techniques that looks to address the fascial, musculoskeletal, and neurological components of the body while also bringing a sense of deep relaxation and connection. She is passionate about combining modern medicine with holistic health and feels there is an important role for both to work cohesively.
Sarah is passionate about facilitating the body and mind in its healing journey. She sees that each person has their own unique history and recognizes the lasting effects that prior life traumas can have on the nervous system. She is able to work with the individual and help to alleviate the compensation patterns that we tend to neurologically store within our bodies. Her goal is to show people they can heal and to bring awareness to the mind-body connection so that you can ultimately live life to the fullest!
