COVERAGE

Direct Billing is available by the individual therapist only. Please inquire as to if direct billing has been set up by one of our therapists by calling the clinic or filling out the “Contact” form on our website.

Patients are required to obtain a written medical doctor’s referral prior to treatment. Please bring your ICBC claim number and BC medical card. We do not however work directly with ICBC and will require payment in full and the the patient will be responsible to submit invoices to ICBC for reimbursement.  We work closely with many patients who are involved in MVA and would be happy to assist your needs.

Patients with MSP premium assistance qualify for 10 visits per year. Clients are responsible for paying the full treatment price, and may apply to MSP for the applicable refundable amount

Patients will be required to submit invoices for reimbursement. Unless the individual therapist is set up for direct billing, please call the clinic or fill out the “Contact​” form on our website.

Unfortunately, we are not taking patients who are being treated under WCB claims.

Your appointment with West Kelowna Massage Therapy & BodyTalk has been reserved for you. In courtesy of your therapist and fellow patients, we ask that you provide 24 hours notice for cancellation, otherwise a cancellation fee of 100% of the cost of your appointment is payable. Online appointment changes/cancellations are available with 24 hours notice.
