Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which constitute a legal agreement between you and our RMT wellness clinic. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use our services.
Use of Services
Our services are provided for informational and educational purposes only and are not intended to replace medical advice or treatment. Our therapists are registered and licensed healthcare professionals who offer complementary healthcare services to support your overall health and wellness.
Confidentiality
All client information and records are confidential and are kept in accordance with relevant privacy laws and regulations. Client information is only shared with other healthcare professionals or service providers with the client's written consent.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, debit, and credit cards. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Clients who cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the cost of your appointment.
Disclaimer of Liability
Our RMT wellness clinic and our therapists are not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the use of our services. Clients assume full responsibility for any risks associated with the use of our services.
